  • After the first draft is delivered: no refund, but you still get the revision rounds included in your option.
  • If I miss the delivery date by more than TBD business days without telling you first: full refund on request.
  • Refund requests go to lizehao.lemon@gmail.com within TBD days of payment. Refunds go back through PayPal.
